About Us
This site is run by a simple approach that we have all come to love and adhere by: Family First.
Although we are a site that deals with the media, training, and conditioning in a budding new discipline, we differ in many ways in comparison to what people would expect. In fact, most of our important interactions don't involve Parkour at all.
We pride ourselves in trying to build a strong, healthy community of practioners that treat each other like brothers and sisters instead of rivals. That would rather train slower beside someone than beat them. That would rather spend their time teaching people less skilled then they are, instead of ignoring them. That would care for others goals just as much as their own!
To do this it takes a lot of people that are trying to give it their all to help us grow without expecting recognition in return and donating their time and skills to participating in community events and activities.
Through this mindset, we act as a Not-For-Profit organization involved with all aspects of Parkour across Canada thats main goal is to get as many people into Parkour for the cheapest, safest, most effective way possible through community programs, gym meets, outdoors meets and 1 on 1 training.
We understand that not everyone comes from the same culture or background, not everyone has the same mindset when starting, and not everyone has the same aptitude to sport. But through the various community efforts, we hope to be able to have a place for everyone no matter skill level, background, race or colour.
