Earth Day Tree Planting
Andy on PKTO had a great idea with the "Leave no Trace" initiative he posted on this site, and it gave me the idea for getting PKTO involved with something out in the community. After checking out the available activities going on in the city, we decided that tree planting was something this site had never participated in and we would give it a shot! Downsview Park held an event called the "Team Green Challenge" where people all come together to help beautify Downsview Park by planting trees......Read more.

"Methode Naturelle" is a term that gets thrown a round quite a bit in the Parkour world lately. It was decided the time had to come to have an "MN" training day for the site, and why not a BBQ at the same time. Humber Bay Park East set the mood for a great conditioning day....Read more.
Jimmie Simpson Community Center
We had the pleasure of being able to document 2 days of Parkour at the Jimmy Simpson Community Center in Toronto. One of these sessions later ended up finding its way into the CBC National report on PKTO. With some blocks brought in, and using the mats and beams available at the center we ran 2 training sessions a day geared at 4-7 year olds, 8-12 year olds....Read more
