The submit, or better known "help us" section, is what essentially makes the community aspect of the webpage grow. In fact that's the very way this site started! We had a group of members in 2004 that all put their heads together and gave what they could. Putting everything together just, ~*poof*~, equaled a site. We take pride in continuing that notion of communal submissions even today.

Without member submissions over the years, and the countless people who have submitted ideas and voiced opinions, we wouldn't have become who we are today. Everyone is given an equal chance to help fuel this site and its growth and an equal opportunity to share what they know with others. We continuously welcome people to offer their critiques, content, and whatever else they can think of. This site is here to serve the Parkour community and we try to show this with everything we do by involving as many people as possible in the process.
So this section is merely just a reminder of that! PKTO is constantly looking for more articles about your experiences in article form about your scenes, your training or whatever it may be, pictures, videos, and yes even opinions and advice. Although we can't be everywhere at once to help people with their learning process, we are hoping the site and what we can all offer together as a community will greatly outweigh that. To read other peoples articles you can head here, to see some community videos you can head here, or to interact with the community on a daily basis you can head to the forum.
Please note that this site is here to represent the community of PKTO and the ideals of Parkour, and there are limitations to what we will share with others. If you are unsure of where your submission stands in terms of this, post it on the forum first and let others see it.
To submit a file (until we have an applet here to directly upload), please email us the file at submit @ pkto.ca and of course if you want to just contact us you can use our direct email located here
