We are currently collecting the resources to launch this section properly. We hope that you can be patient, but if you need training advice urgently please use the forum or email.
The more this site explores the world out there, the more we truly believe that training can be universally applied to any situation, any where, in any place at any time. A big part of what we do here during training has to do with preparing our bodies for the worst and anything that can happen. In the future we hope that this section will encompass that and have everything a person could ever need to train.
In the end this section will give a person tools to train safely many different ways. This area will contain pictures and videos of exercises, routines, tests, creative training ideas, user blogs, and much much more. Again it is a community driven section, so everyone from this site can participate in filling it up based on what they are doing out there.
Until then check out the health and fitness section on the forum if you have questions. Photo threads like "Conditioning at the Park" and "Conditioning at Home" or the videos PKTO Winter Training and "Thursday Tire Training" only hint at some of the stuff we have in store for this section.
